Booking & Payment Terms

  • •Bookings via website, WhatsApp, phone, or email
  • •30–50% advance payment required for confirmation
  • •Final availability guaranteed after full payment
  • •Secure payments via Razorpay/Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking)
  • •Dynamic pricing based on route, service type, and timing

Service Availability

We may decline or cancel bookings due to:

  • •Natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes
  • •Lack of availability of vendors or drivers
  • •Safety concerns or past misuse
  • •Legal obligations

In such cases, we provide clear communication and offer alternatives or refunds.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • •Governed by specific cancellation policies
  • •Partial or full refunds based on timing and service type
  • •Processed within 7–10 business days (or instantly when applicable)

User Accounts & Data

  • •Account creation mandatory for bookings

Liability & Disputes
